DonorPilot is an AI-powered donor management platform (“Service”) designed for small nonprofits. We help you track donors, manage campaigns, send communications, and generate insights using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided by DonorPilot (“we,” “us”).
Each account is associated with one organization. The person who creates the account is the admin and is responsible for all activity under that account, including actions taken by invited team members.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
DonorPilot uses a subscription model plus a revenue share on donations that our AI helps generate. The revenue share is based on our attribution model, which works as follows:
email_sent (AI-drafted emails sent to the donor) and workflow_executed (AI-triggered workflow actions involving the donor).Current pricing details are available on our website. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before changing prices.
You own your data. We process it solely to provide and improve the Service. We don’t sell your data or your donors’ data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
DonorPilot uses AI to draft emails, generate reports, and provide recommendations. All AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by a human before being sent or acted upon.
We are not responsible for AI-generated content that is sent without review. You are responsible for all communications sent from your account, whether drafted by AI or not.
Don’t use DonorPilot to send spam, harass people, or engage in illegal activity. Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or use it to compete with us. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Either party can terminate at any time. If you cancel, your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. After termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After that, we’ll delete it.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with notice when practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DonorPilot’s total liability to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
