DonorPilot uses a subscription plus revenue share pricing model. Your monthly subscription covers platform access, and a small percentage applies to donations attributed to AI-assisted outreach. Attribution works on a 30-day window with first-touch credit. When our AI sends an email or executes a workflow involving a donor, and that donor makes a donation within 30 days, the donation is attributed to DonorPilot. You can review attributed donations in your billing dashboard. Two event types qualify for attribution: AI-sent emails (email_sent) and AI-executed workflow actions (workflow_executed).
