Importing Your Donors

DonorPilot makes it easy to bring in your existing donor data from spreadsheets or other platforms. We support CSV imports with intelligent column mapping. Upload your file and our mapper will suggest which columns correspond to donor fields like name, email, phone, and donation history. You can review and adjust the mapping before confirming the import. For large imports (10,000+ records), the process runs in the background and you'll be notified when it's complete. Duplicate detection helps prevent creating duplicate donor records.
