Setting Up Workflows

Workflows automate repetitive donor engagement tasks. Set up triggers (like "new donation received" or "donor hasn't given in 6 months") and define actions (send email, create task, update record). The workflow builder uses a simple visual interface. Select a trigger, add conditions to filter which donors are included, then choose one or more actions. Workflows run automatically once activated. AI-powered workflows can generate personalized email content for each donor based on their history and relationship with your organization.
